Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the greatph platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and greatph ("greatph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://greatph.vip and its associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). greatph is operated in accordance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered by greatph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the greatph Platform and close your account. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and greatph relating to the subject matter hereof.
Access to and use of the greatph Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:
greatph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period specified by greatph may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the greatph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identity documents, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and such other information as greatph may require. You agree to promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. greatph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify greatph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting support at [email protected].
Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification is required to unlock full account functionality, including withdrawal privileges. greatph is required under PAGCOR's anti-money laundering and player protection guidelines to verify the identity of all players. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID) and such additional documentation as may be required. KYC verification is typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission.
greatph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ ("Accepted Payment Methods"). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made through Accepted Payment Methods are credited to your greatph account balance immediately or within the processing timeframe prescribed by the relevant payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. greatph targets processing all withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes to one (1) business hour, subject to system availability, fraud screening, and compliance review requirements. greatph reserves the right to extend processing timelines where additional verification is required.
All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). greatph does not accept cryptocurrency as a deposit or withdrawal method. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with transactions on the Platform.
greatph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, AML/CTF screening, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Any funds determined to be derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering shall be confiscated and reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended.
greatph may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, referral credits, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to registered Players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply:
All games offered on the greatph Platform operate using certified and audited Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems, except for live dealer games which are conducted in real time by professional human dealers. Game outcomes are determined entirely by RNG or real-time dealing and are not influenced by greatph in any manner that would disadvantage Players.
Theoretical return-to-player ("RTP") percentages for each game are disclosed within the game information panel. greatph does not guarantee that any individual player will achieve outcomes consistent with published RTP rates, which represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds.
In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or interruption during a game round, greatph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed for that round. greatph shall have no further liability in connection with such malfunctions.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the greatph Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances:
All content on the greatph Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and user interface design ("Content"), is the exclusive property of greatph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit, or commercially exploit any Content without the prior written consent of greatph.
greatph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://greatph.vip/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.
greatph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, and cooling-off periods, which are accessible from the account settings panel. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use the voluntary self-exclusion tool, which prevents access to the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, greatph, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if greatph has been advised of the possibility of such damages. greatph's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
greatph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or regulatory non-compliance. Upon termination for cause, any pending Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings shall be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to dispute, fraud investigation, or regulatory hold shall be returned to the Player's designated withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may close their own account at any time by contacting greatph support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Closing an account does not constitute self-exclusion; if you wish to be excluded from gambling on the Platform, you must specifically request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to greatph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. greatph will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
greatph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, greatph will provide notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
